Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed this course because it challenged me to be creative. During the speeches, we had to appeal to our audience. Also, Maggie is a big help if you are ever confused. She will break the instructions down for you, so you know exactly what she is looking for.

    Course highlights:

I think the biggest highlight of this course was that impromptu speeches. The unexpected speeches or games made the course more interesting and enjoyable. It helped me learn what I needed to do for the upcoming big speeches.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate. Always practice for a speech, because if you do not, it will definitely show. Do not be afraid to ask questions when you are confused. Maggie is a great help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to students so you can get out of you're comfort zone. Knowing me, I am a shy type of girl and I am still adapting to this class, but I am getting the hang of speaking in public more often and this class is so much fun! We have so many laughs and outgoing students that you can collaborate with.

    Course highlights:

The good laughs, knowing the students personally, making connections with one another and not being shy anymore! I learned from this class, that we are all human and we can connect with others, just have patience and you can make a new friend everyday.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come prepared when you are giving a speech and when you are, make the audience laugh and make friends!
