Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was excellent! She answered questions in a timely manner and gave reminders about up coming work. She noticed when fellow classmates were having trouble in an area, and would extend deadlines accordingly.

    Course highlights:

Using MyEconLab was definitely one of the highlights. It's been one of my favorite online lab forums. I was very easy to navigate and had great tools to help you study.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read. It seems obvious to read the required material, but some students try their darndest to get through a class without ever having to read a chapter. It really does make it that much easier, even if you just skim the pages.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Thatcher kept the subject matter relevant and interesting. She also used iclicker questions to track our understanding, and genuinely cared about our success in the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned about all of the things that impact our economy, including the power that we as consumers have over it! What I really appreciated about this course is that the material is directly applicable to everyday life. The included lab was very hands-on and enforced its applicability.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take thorough notes and ask questions! Also, participate in the labs; they're really helpful.
