    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course teaches students all about food, essential nutrients needed for life, and how nutrition impacts us all.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge of what I should and should not be eating, how to balance my diet, and what we consume does to our bodies.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It would be very helpful to make vocabulary flashcards and to read the reading assignments from the book! Of course, don't miss class. there is a lot of information covered in class that is not in the book.
