    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class is a very good. You will learn a lot of information about a person's health.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was being able to do the different activities. I learned that a person needs to work out at least 3-5 times a week to experience weight loss.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend that they study the material and study in a group.
