    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would extremely recommend this course if you are going into human resources. It helped me know the different laws and regulations that each business or company need to know and teach their fellow employees. It also taught me the many different acts and laws that we overcame as a country. Some of these include: pregnancy act, or people with disabilities act. The Acts were fought for specific people to still have the rights that everyone else has, even though they may be disabled or pregnant. For both acts or laws, the person cannot be fired or laid off from their occupation if they are able to do the everyday activities that the job requires.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot within the course and the teacher made it easy to know what was on the final by printing out a review for each exam and going over it as a class. Therefore, i would really recommend this class if you are interested in human resources or any type of business occupation in the future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

pay very close attention, there is a lot of laws and rules or regulations that you need to learn in order to go in that field. Do all the in class activities, group work, and don't miss too much class because it's a lot of knowledge to be replaced in missing the time and to catch up.
