    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is an essential course for the accounting program. The Professor is well versed in the material and has the ability to share his knowledge with any who are willing to learn. Reading the chapters before class is a must. By the end of the chapter, you will have gone over the material 5 or 6 times.

    Course highlights:

Some of the beginning chapters are review for Acct 222. This was really helpful in making sure you understand the past material before moving on. As the class progresses, the material is progressively more difficult, but as long as you continue reading and doing the class work, it is manageable. Reading quizzes and homework are almost free points to help out low test scores.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have time to study and read. You need 20-25 hours to devote to each test or exam. Reading the chapter and taking good notes is very helpful for when it is time to study.
