    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    It is very fast paced, a rather heavy workload and difficult material.

    Course highlights:

    Chemisty is a one of the key subjects, aside from biology in a Biology degree. It helped me flourish in all of my other classes, helping me maintain good study habits and manage my time.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Studying two to three weeks prior too an examination is crucial to get good grades in this class. It is also helpful to not wait until an examination is announced, and study the material each day it is given.

    The amount of online homework is too much, but you will learn the materials.

    You will learn basic knowledge of chemistry that you will need if you are a science major.

    Do the homework everyday- don't wait till the due date!

    Nagan is very invested in making sure that each student's needs are met. She presents the material in a fun way.

    Course highlights:

    This is basically a more elaborate version of high school chemistry.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Solidify the material you learned that day by watching youtube videos on the same topic.
