    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor spends more time on her own personal control of the class than the course work. Several classes were spent on the syllabus alone. there was a test, on the 16 page syllabus. There were some interesting debates though. so if you want to fight an uphill battle in a course that is an easy A with every other instructor, have fun. Dr. Bratto is an extremely knowledgable professor, an expert, so if you are willing to jump through her hoops, you will be rewarded.

    Course highlights:

There was a viewing of the movie "Freedom Riders" and one of the actual freedom riders Dr. Bernard Lafayette was there, along with attorney Fred Gray.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If you love history, and want to discuss it with someone insanely passionate about it, take this course. If you want to just pass, take any other instructor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to everyone. Dr. Hayes was very informational. I've learned so much in this course. He keeps the room energy positive and tries to keep everyone engaged and entertain. This is a great course to learn about.

    Course highlights:

Learning more about Jesus Christ was the highlight of this course for me. It opened my eye bout being biased. Learning that Jesus was born in Nazareth and his teachings.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed this class you have to submit every assignment on time. This course was more homework than classwork. If you need help or dot understand ask for help. Do not sit a=bac and allow yourself to fall behind because‚Äč you do not understand. Also, sit in the front of the class. Sitting in the back of the classroom is a big distraction.
