    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Make sure you keep solid notes

    Course highlights:

Great lectures but it is extremely important to keep neat notes as these will comprise your essays

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Good notes. Also go to office hours as Chantal likes that as long as she's not having a bad day.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course only if you enjoy movies and literary analysis. This class is the combination of literary technique analysis you learn in high school and movies. They take attendance for this class, but it's an easy A if you watch the movies and listen to when the professor talks about techniques and definitions, this is usually very short as she tends to hand the discussion over to the class

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about what the people making a movie do to tell the story and convey ideas to the audience subconsciously. Specifically through lighting, angles, timing, colors and framing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely rent the textbook as it will provide some key points to bring up in your papers. Definitely don't leave your paper for last minute as they are hard to write at 2a.m. and get an A, but it can definitely be done if you're okay with a B.
