    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it because the teacher is really nice. She is always so energetic and positive. I think this class not only help you keep fit and also lift you mood.

    Course highlights:

    It usually started with a half an hour lecture about the health knowledge, then we went to the pool. The teacher gave us different assignments each class so the swimming was never dull. We also palyed water polo during the final exam period to release stress!

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    You do need to show up for every class. And there is only one written exam in the middle of the semester.

    If you go to class you will make a good grade.

    his test come right from the notes he gives you in class. fun to be in class most days
