Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course, while it is a required course I found that the things that I learned in Management Information Systems went hand in hand with the other courses that I took that semester, even my accounting course that had nothing to do with the core classes that I was required to take that semester.

    Course highlights:

There were a couple classes when we would go over cases, these cases include but are not limited to Zara and Amazon. I found it most interesting when we went over those cases because these are companies that I use in my everyday life and I found it fascinating to see why they're so successful and why I subconsciously choose these brands over others.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed you have to do for this class what you would do for any other class. Come prepared, do the readings, participate. The professor wants you to do well. A bonus would be being interested in the material. I found that because I was so active in class, the readings would be a breeze and I did not have to study as much for the tests.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I will recommend this class if you are not having busy schedule. You would definitely get to do lots of projects, assignments, case study as a group, endless quizes and tests.. oh! and homework! He gives out a lot of work. However, you will remember things that you learned in class and get more experiences from assignments and case studies than other MIS Class.

    Course highlights:

I actually enjoyed some of the assignments. (can't say all) I learned how to create website and it was very interesting! I learned interesting facts from his lectures that relates to our IT life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are busy this semester, consider very carefully about taking this course, because it is a lot of work... But you would get to learn some interesting facts!
