Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was amazing! He created a great deal of study materials for us throughout the course (slides, study sheets for hard materials, hypotheticals, etc) and then compiled his past exams, along with these materials, for us at the end of the course. Also, the professor learned everyone's first name (in a class of 80+) in less than 2 weeks!

    Course highlights:

I gained a great deal of basic property skills that can easily be expanded upon. Estates and trusts are a difficult topic, but with the help of class and hornbooks, I found it easy to master. Furthermore, I learned the importance of being aware of individual property boundaries and not 'sleeping on your rights'. Property rights are important to landowners and renters alike, and this class helped me to better understand my rights as a renter (i.e. if you are living off campus, you may be entitled to interest on your security deposit!)

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Anyone can succeed in this class. Loving the course helps, but it is not a prerequisite. I would recommend diligently reading the materials and consulting a hornbook (Inside Property is helpful) to be successful.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Property Law is quite interesting and fairly simple. Professor Lee taught it well.

    Course highlights:

You learn about the different property right, the rights between tenants, and the landlord tenant relationship. To me these were all interesting topics. You see things that apply to everyday life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and take good notes and you can ace the course. Professor Lee gives over the information really well.
