    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Yes this course is fantastic and Dr. Somerall is phenomenal!

    Course highlights:

The highlights are the way each instructor chooses to do their lecture/teachings. Its fun to learn all the different ways. Dr. Somerall really tries to hit every teaching method possible online

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't read the book...do exactly what Dr. Somerall says and use the book more as a reference when you don't understand something. They don't ask for as much detail as you'd think.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is wonderful for improving your health assessment skills. As nurses, we all have some baseline knowledge of the ins and outs of a good physical assessment. This course takes it a step further and really enhances your skills as an advanced practice nurse.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to more thoroughly assess patients in order to provide better quality care.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read, read. And read again. Each Friday there is a diagnostic reasoning activity, which consists of 4 writing questions. If you complete the reading and are very familiar with the material covered in the book, you will do just fine.
