    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course was easy to understand if you do some studying ( not a ton). The professor really wants you to understand so he was willing to work with you.

    Course highlights:

I learned some of the basics of chemistry such as the elements, parts of the atoms, the structure of molecules, and some math as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need a decent base in algebra. You need to be able to think about the problem and how you can navigate towards the solution.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was a little challenging however Mr. Patterson is a great teacher. He explains the information very well and the homework that we had to do was the reason why I passed the class.

    Course highlights:

In this class you go more into detail and there is a little review if you took a chemistry class in high school. There is more work. However, there were a few information that i was confused on until I had this class and finally understood it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your homework. Make sure you show up for classes.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would not highly recommend this professor for this course because I feel as if I did not learn anything. This however could have been due to my extensive knowledge of chemistry from my high school curriculum.

    Course highlights:

I did not learn much, but I did enjoy reviewing the concepts because I love the concepts of chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to do all of the extra homework assignments and attend the Supplemental Instruction sessions.
