    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    It may seem like a difficult class but you will learn alot. This class really helps with time management and planning.

    Course highlights:

    The basic recipes you learn in this class can be applied to alot of dishes. Its awesome to see how for you have advanced by the end of the class and it really does prepare you for your practical.

    Advice for students:

    Always do your timelines and meet with your group members.

    Course Overview:

    It gives you a enriching feel of satisfaction and accomplishment that can only be gained from the hands on experience

    Course highlights:

    Getting a realistic experience of working in the kitchen seeing how it works from the inside out

    Advice for students:

    Take notes early on because prior lessons will be brought back into this course and looked at more in depth, helps to study what will be done beforehand.

    The course is highly in depth and it gives a feel of what working for a restaurant is like

    Course highlights:

    Learning to grow as a chef along with gaining a understanding for the food and the factors coming into it

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Take notes and write down where you made mistakes and how to fix them, it can come back in later courses so its best to be prepared
