    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course based solely on the fact that it will teach you the basic skills for cooking in general. From knife cuts to cooking stock you will learn it all without fail.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was my teacher surprisingly, he taught me that no matter what I will be judged for my food and I shouldn't find that scary, I should instead learn from my mistakes and take criticisms with a grain of salt.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

First, now that there are things int his class that you won't be good at and will have to go to countless tutor sessions to better yourself. However, don't drive yourself in sane to be perfect, there are other elements of class that need attention as well. Study in a group or using the best method for you, because those little details you didn't memorize and believe won't come up again are going to be on tomorrow's quiz and then it will count. Don't be lazy, take it seriously.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

but she drops some of the lowest scores. Ended with a 100%.

    Course highlights:

Ms. Bieske is extremely sweet and one of the nicest, funniest teachers I have ever had.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Her class is a joy as is she. The problem is that sometimes she can go kind of fast and if you don't keep up with things then its super easy to fall behind,
