    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is an incredible class, I only wish it was longer, so the information had more time to stick.

    Course highlights:

Tasting 10 different wines a day, learning to use my palate and nose together.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study. A lot. The book, the PowerPoint, the lectures. As for the wine, drink it. While you study. It will help with association.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Class is more about wine regions, it is very informative, but an overdose of information in too short a time leads to a lot less retention of information for long term.

    Course highlights:

Tasting wines from different regions aroung the world, I love Italian and Spanish varietal grapes, in my opinion they produce better wine than France and California which are so known for the "great wines"

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the powerpoints not the book!!! Get a personal tudor in advance to reaffirm information, study with others there is a lot you will miss on your own, the final is ridiculous...
