Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class! The articles we read actually related to food which is why we went to the Culinary Institute of America ( to learn about food). Even some of the articles that didn't have to do with food were interesting he took our topic ideas into consideration to make the class more interesting for all of us.

    Course highlights:

This class let's you have an opinion when you write. It is not just all research papers, it asks of how you interpret the piece of writing and helps you better understand what you read. Also, I definitely gained better essay writing skills, you write a lot of papers but they are actually fun things to write about.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to make sure you actually read all the articles assigned for the night. We talk about it in class and sometimes has us write stuff in a journal about our opinion or has us answer questions about it.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your assignments! Do not let yourself get behind!
