    Course Overview:

    Everyone needs this class if you are going to be preparing food for human consumption. Safety is always on your mind.

    Course highlights:

    How an ingredient is handled prior to preparation is a factor in how an dish will turn out. Testing temperature safely prevent any major burns in the kitchen.
