    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Well, first, you don't get to pick if you take this course or not. But Chef Tobias is one of the best instructors I have had here! When you get into High Volume I pray you have him!

    Course highlights:

    I learned batch cookery without over producing! This is a great tool to have in this industry.

    You have to take it. You don't choose not to.
