    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is essential for any chef who wants to know how to make money in the industry it is one of the harder courses because lots of fruits and vegetables have similar looks but in the same aspect makes it even more necessary

    Course highlights:

For me the highlights of the course would be the satisfaction of when you're able to distinguish different things apart from one another fruits and vegetables

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for going into product knowledge would be to cnonstantly make trips to the store room for studying purposes in the end it will help you tremendously

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you the difference between items you will use each day and many new.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the tastings to identify different cheeses since there are quite a lot.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to go to the storeroom at least before there are any major exams because I never went and I barely passed. If not, team up with a friend and create flashcards for each unit, the tutor ones are not that great.
