    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    You have to take this course to being with, but if you didn't I would still recommend that you take it. It teaches you the basics of cooking.

    Course highlights:

    I learned knife skills, and the fundamentals of the kitchen. The knife skills that you learn here will follow you through your culinary career.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Practice you knife skills. Learn the recipes. Learn the vocabulary.
