    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It is amazing to be in a class where everything is hands on learning and the textbooks are actually written by the actual professor​ and up to date!

    Course highlights:

    Hands-on Learning about culinary basics and fundamentals.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you have your uniform clean for each day at class!

    it teaches you the basis of cooking, organization, worth ethic, team building, and cleanliness.

    to be patient, with time, with me, and with everything that comes with it.

    to aim higher everyday, because you only get 28 days.
