    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I feel that this class is applicable to life. This class should be taught in high school. It really gets you prepared to deal with others as well as learning new things about yourself. Mr Cross is an excellent professor as well and makes the material very interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for this class for me was stress management. I really took that section to heart. We also delved into credit reports, dealing with difficult people, learning our strengths, test taking and studying skills, and note taking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a mandatory class at Virginia College. I would advise you to just pay attention and read over your notes when you get home. The homework is all about you mainly, so you are going to learn lot about yourself. Also, don't get behind...ever.
