Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is straight to the point and will help you with any questions. His examples are also derived from his work experience that he has done for the past 10 years of his career.

    Course highlights:

The difference between assault and battery. Assault is not necessarily a body contact but the act or attempt of hurting another person with the victim knowing that the assault is occurring while battery is the actual bodily contact of the situation.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the course material is not only interesting, but the professor is also very knowledgeable and helpful when teaching the material. He walks you through the law concepts and then gives real life applications that help ensure that you understand what is going on. This was a very enjoyable class for me and I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to taking Law.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the helpfulness of the professor and the useful practice problems we solved in class. The professor explained the elements of business law in a way that anyone with no background in law could understand. The practice problems also reinforced the course material because you had to use the concepts taught in class to answer "Judgment for whom?" in a life-like case.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

One thing that i would suggest is to read the course textbook if you don't really understand the concept that was taught in class. The textbook does a great job in explaining thoroughly everything required for the class. Also, when studying for the tests, make sure you understand the answers to the practice problems because the problems solved in class are similar to the ones on the tests.
