    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this course because the professor is not good at teaching. No doubt he is a very knowledgeable in the subject, but he can not deliver it to the student in an understandable way.

    Course highlights:

One of the important topics in this course is the financial reporting of different types of investments and their valuation. I learned different reporting categories for investments, including held-to-maturity, trading securities, and securities available-for-sale.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the textbook to understand each concept thoroughly. Then, do the practice questions to understand what can be asked during an exam. Finally, make sure you remember all the scenarios for each topic.
