Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a management class but not like any other management class. Because Professor Walsh goes beyond concepts of management, he teaches about life and career lessons that you should highly take in consideration if you wish to succeed in today's world (and who doesn't?!)

    Course highlights:

I learned about what makes a person a great manager. Ways in which I, as an employee, can ensure my success by helping my managers succeed. The pathology and behavior behind leadership and how it can variate depending on the type of leader and followers we are facing. The importance of expectations and how the affect people and their performances.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You should take notes of every lecture. You should also look up the case studies so you don't lose any points (he is a fair tough grader). Get your Wall Street Journal articles on time and read them carefully. Don't come late to/miss class! and ease yourself!, He likes people to share their opinions. Turn in your assignments on time!
