    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Rupp was very well informed, passionate and a resonable grader. I enjoyed taig her class because she engaged me into a more thoughtful learnig experience rather than just plan lectures..

    Course highlights:

The highlights involved the labs. The VO2 max lab was my favorite due to the fact that I was a subject performing the VO2 max exersise. I enjoyed the exercise with the experience of knowing what to measure, how to measure and what impact vo2 max has on aerobic capacity.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to do adequate amounts of research for sources for the group lab reports and to participate fully within your group.
