This class was tough.
I would recommend this course to anyone even remotely considering pursuing an engineering major. Professor Wang is a man who expects perfection, and if you manage to deliver him that perfection, you will be generously rewarded.
Most certainly the highlight of the course was the semester long project. It involved acquiring a cheap $10 toy, understanding it's mechanics, deconstructing it, creating it in a 3D model, and improving whatever flaws it had. From these experiences I gained 3D modeling skills, drafting skills, patent understanding, and most importantly, I learned what engineers do. They create, understand, and improve.

Advice for students:
Make sure to understand what the professor demands. He is not looking for minimal effort, as long as you show him that you are serious, he will reward you. Always do your assignments and make sure you stand 3D modeling very early!
