    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only does it teach you what goes on in the development of adolescents, but it also gives you great ways on how to teach if you desire to become a teacher in the future.

    Course highlights:

This course focused on the development that occurs throughout the adolescent years. I learned about different theories of development from philosophic thinkers like Jean Piaget to Erik Erikson. This course has taught me much about different teaching and parenting styles and how both can affect a child's success in academia. Before taking this course i wish i knew how to better manage my time. This course required field work (observing a middle school teacher and his or her students). By the end of the course, however, i learned how to better manage doing field work as well as fitting my homework and exams into this schedule.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ensure that you are willing to complete field work in a elementary or middle school and be ready to learn about adolescent development.
