    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this specific course because it is a lecture. I am personally a more hands-on kind of learner and having to rely solidly on lecture makes it hard for me to learn the material. Because of this i do more studying in my personal time and i really do try hard to have an idea of the material before stepping into the classroom. However, if lectures are not of problem for you and you're interested in biology, this is the course for you!

    Course highlights:

From taking this course, I've actually been able to pick up a lot of the biology i missed to learn in high school. I thoroughly understand things like cellular respiration, metabolism, photosynthesis, cell division, the cell, mutations, genetic composition! The whole 9 yards! Again, a lot of it was reinforced by my own personal studying of biology

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and make sure you understand the basics of the material and the foundation of what you're learning! It will just make it easier for you to understand how systems in biology work!!
