    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Mr. Deignan was really great and we had a lot of intellectual discussions concerning different topics such as arranged marriages in India, cultural relativism, the future of robots in our society, and how drugs like adderall can affect your performance. We also watched Fight Club!

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to differentiate writing techniques as well and dip my toe into film and understand & recognize subtle signs and techniques in cinematography.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always read the material and the assigned pages. It may seem like a lot, but it will come in handy during the discussions when you find yourself understanding everything a fellow classmates says and even participating enthusiastically!

    You need as a pre class, to graduate and to move onto different ela classes.

    Course highlights:

    Learning how to interpret hard article and write good structured essay, and to further advance your writing skills.

    Advice for students:

    That there's going to be a lot of articles that leads to challenging papers and essay test but once you comprehend the prompt you will be fine.

    Course Overview:

    I would highly recommend this course because of the way this subject was taught, it was a wonderful experience to have someone extremely dedicated to teaching.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course was breaking down the final paper for this course. I learned a lot in this course which involved writing properly, using correct grammar, and constructing an essay.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Honestly, if you're starting off as a Freshman with any English class be sure to remember not to overwhelm yourself with the perfection of writing. Writing comes easy when you just let it happen.
