    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it's a class that teaches you about many different psychological aspects of your life that may affect the way you adjust to change. You gain much insight and the professor is a young woman who is also living this life with us, often sharing her own personal stories along the way to make things more relatable and engaging.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I was able to look back onto my life and understand the different life circumstances that indefinitely changed my life along the way and my response to those major life events. I was able to look at my life currently and also think about who I am and where I want to go. We learned about the self and identity which makes you question how well you know yourself actually.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you need to be engaged with the class because that is where most of the learning took place. The open class discussions were engaging and you learn about the topic through different lens when classmates put in their own two cents given their own life.
