    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor is beyond amazing and has his own way of teaching. Before every class, we start off by simply reviewing articles that affect our everyday lives. Then we go into the powerpoint. He is very enthusiastic when he teaches which keeps you awake for the entire class duration. It is not a lecture class , so it is not at all boring. Tests are solely based on the material he teaches in class along with the review sheet. There are no surprises, everything is on the review sheet he hands out. My favorite part is that he incorporates some of his own experiences with politics to make it more interesting and relatable to everyday life. Overall, amazing teacher! i highly recommend him .

    Course highlights:

This course teaches you the importance of politics in everyday life. As millennials, we grew up in a generation with technology which blinds us from the outside world. This class has taught me the importance of politics and it's role in our daily lives. Although we do not see the effectiveness of decisions made by politicians as a big deal, it is definitely present. This class takes you through the analysis of political activity and behavior. I have learned that there is so much more than just being an "ordinary citizen" in this world. The study of Political Science is not only useful, it is valuable. Political Science deals with theory and practice of Politics, as well as the analysis of our political systems, behavior and culture, and it is important that we are educated about how each aspect affects our everyday lives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest that you go into this course willing to learn . It is a lot of information but it is definitely worth it to learn for the long run. You might get bored quickly, but always remember that this lack of politic knowledge is why you are taking the class in the first place. Whether you are taking Political Science because it is a required course for your major or because of your interest in it, make the best out of it.
