    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was very interesting and really in depth on the subject

    Course highlights:

I learned way more then I thought, the course was very difficult with lots of readings and a lot of information to comprehend.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare for lots of readings and do not fall behind, also try and go to her office hours, office hours in any sociological class are always a god idea

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I have taken a beginners class in this and it was amazing. I learned so much about the constitution, the legal system, different kinds of crimes, and how they happen in that class. It really got me engaged in what's going on with society in a fun way. I think everyone should experience tha kind of learning.

    Course highlights:

I leaned all about the legal system and how it's unfair. We also learned all that is wrong with the constitution. In this class we just learned all the hard truth that society hides from us kids. In that class you learn why and how the justice system is the way it is. It opens your minds and makes you rethink what school and social media teaches you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The only advise I would give them is to just always stay engaged in it. This is because sometimes you might talk about a topic you like or you have take a lot of notes, at the end you are going to enjoy yourself. So don't misjudge the class, always keep your curiosity on high alert and have fun.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, specifically with this professor because she is passionate about her work. She has a handle on what can be difficult for some students, but if we understand, she'll move a little faster. She is easy to communicate with and is always available for questions, comments and feedback.

    Course highlights:

I took this course, not knowing it was a writing intensive. Instead of dropping it, I decided to challenge myself. I am very glad I did. This course taught me how to manage my time, how to thoroughly research, and about the basic sociological theories that are the basis for the entire study of criminology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to read all of the given materials. Without those, it is very difficult to get lost in the theories. A lot are branches off of a similar tree and without knowing the basics, you can fall very behind.
