    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It opens your eyes to other cultures and new mindsets. The professor is very caring, and facilitates great discussions.

    Course highlights:

The readings were always great and interesting. Each week there would be a set theme, and the readings correspond with said theme. From Rastas in Barbados to the Hijras in India, you see so many ways that cultures deal with things through tradition and science.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is honestly great for an elective. Not too much work, no quizzes or tests or midterms or finals. Just essays, and 1 reading presentation a semester. You learn so much without having to do too much work.
