Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. I have learned so much about how the law can be interpreted and used within the business realm and how it can benefit me when taking any action in business whether its protecting myself or who ever it is ill be doing business with. Also Prof. Clare makes the classroom experience very fun and knowledgable and gets almost everybody involved which makes the class much more comfortable in that learning environment.

    Course highlights:

one of my favorite parts about this course was covering contracts it helped me get a better understanding on how agreements should be and can be depending on different situations and cases, and not every case is the same which makes it pretty cool. One of the main things i learned and enjoyed in business law was how history tends to repeat itself in court and the legal system just sets the brackets into where theres more issues that can be solved through the law.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best thing to do in this class is to actually look around you. Use real life situations and compare it to the course because in the end it all coincides with one another. Business we work for as a regular employees also as endusers. All this can relate to everyday life its just written in different terms that have to be learned. Homework homework homework!! that is the best way to understand the material and know whats going on in the course and what big words you'll never knew you needed for that exam.

    Course Overview:

The course in itself I believe is necessary when you study business just to know the laws in general.

    Course highlights:

You learn the basics of the law and how it effects you in the business world. Contracts were the longest chapters because those are something used in business often

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To really read the textbook and participate in class, ask lots of questions. A lot of the things he goes over in class are on the tests.
