Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an excellent introduction to theater. but please do not understimate it! theater is a beautiful art and it has a lot of work into it! once you take this course you will learn how to appreciate shows and even relate to your personal life! I loved this class because, even if you think you know a lot about theater, there is always more to learn.

    Course highlights:

I learned about where and how theater started. I also learn what is the role of each person involved in each production. And their responsabilities. Specially, I learned that theater is indeed a way to change society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be on point! you gotta listen to what the professor is saying! everything is important! DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! it is really easy and it will save you tons of time when you have to study for midterm and finals! other than that, enjoy it!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Elliott gives her students the fair chance of getting good grades, but at the same time, she ensures everyone is on the same page with the course material by giving us weekly chapter quizzes after which we have discussions in class about the topics. That way we certainly read the book and participate in discussions about what we have read.

    Course highlights:

Theatre 100 allows students to understand why people behave the way they do by seeing how actors portray those similar behavioural patterns. We get to understand emotions and personalities, and how the environment or situations influence our reactions to things in life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Never be left behind with home work and quizzes. Playing catch up might not be worth the chance when you receive a bad grade for a less challenging class.
