    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to everyone, not just nursing students but everyone that's in college pursuing a degree.

    Course highlights:

This course was very important and I did not knew it until I took it. I learned that not only do we need to eat healthy, but also consider eating within these four terms: adequacy, moderation, balance, and variety. However, it was interesting to know that even Healthy individuals can get diseases from maintaining a healthy diet. Your body is your home and what you put inside matters.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read! Do alot of research because this course is based solely on scientists searches and surveys opinions. Know the facts read your food labels and choose wisely. Health is wealth and in everyday life do not take nutrition for granted.
