    Pretty easy, overall.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to those who need a head start i public speaking, or if you generally interested in becoming a well developed public speaker. It really gave me the push I needed to become the confident public speaker that I am today.

    Course highlights:

The best thing about this course was how intense it was, and how serious our professor took it. the intensity of the course prepped me to always be prepared to share my ideas and perspectives with my peers in a professional way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I could give to students considering this course, is to always come to class prepared with your speech memorized because you can not rely on your essays or rough drafts to help you pass this class.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor I had for fall semester is not a professor that I would recommend taking in your first year of college. She was not very helpful in explaining things and often did not want to. Everything is put online and classes only met once a week which meant that there was little time to ask about something you saw during the week between class time. She was also very strict about the rules she had set in the classroom which made it very uncomfortable to be in class.

    Course highlights:

The one thing I learned in this class was that I needed to train myself to be self sufficient. Everyone needs help sometimes but I learned my way around the use of the student blackboard website which would never have happened if my professor were a better explainer.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are planning to take this course, you must be someone who works very quickly and grasp material quickly. The professor often unexpectedly had us present our work after doing it in a small amount of time and would embarrass students who's work was incomplete or not up to par.
