Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I was not the best in math. But, this professor made this course really interesting because he gave us multiple opportunities to ask questions. He made me feel really comfortable in this class. He made us interact with other students so that we can learn from each other. I personally think that putting the time and effort into this course has really paid off.

    Course highlights:

Personally, the highlights in this course for me was to be physically and mentally awake in this early morning class. The positive energy from the professor really made me feel very confident when taking his exams. Overall, I have learned a lot throughout this course. What I learned best was tackling down word problems that I have always had difficulty with. I learned to break down questions into smaller parts and try to apply my knowledge first and then slowly work my way through till the end.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

A tip that I would give to a fellow student who is considering this course is that focus is very crucial. Through my personal experience, I had a lot of family problems going on this semester and it was very hard to stay on track. However, I knew that I could get through this no matter what. As an adult, I felt more responsible for taking a course in college and knowing this I wanted to make it through successfully. In conclusion, it is very important to stay focused while taking this course and if you ever feel lost or confused, do not be scared to ask a question because someone in the same room as you most likely had a similar question. This will help you and other students around you.
