    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The class was dull. She is a nice teacher, but she uses the full class period to explain which it can be done just in an hour or less.

    Course highlights:

    Statement of cash flow, stock split.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    do the homework, take notes and try your best on the exam.

    Course Overview:

    It is challenging but I am fascinated by all the differences of each type of business.

    Course highlights:

    I am currently excited about the advantages of different types of business partnerships. A lot to consider for any business and the the slightest change can make all the difference in profit and or taxation.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    The professor taught so clearly that is easily to be understood.

    Course highlights:

    Accounting basics, and some rules and law of the U.S. accounting standard.

    Have to focus on the class work, homework would be less important.
