    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Foundations will give you practical tips on everything from dance etiquette and injury prevention to building a career and finding health insurance. You can also bring your own questions, and professor Berry will answer them or connect you with someone who can.

    Course highlights:

At the beginning of each class students practice Bartinieff Fundamentals, which is a huge help in all other kinds of dance. Conversations are open and student led.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come with a notebook, and be prepared to practice Bartinieff exercises every day outside of class.
