    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While it may not necessarily be easy, this course is very informative when it comes to general accounting principles and basic book-keeping.

    Course highlights:

During actual class time between quizzes and tests, Professor Gruza will frequently ask questions related to the course material to keep you on your toes. His lively personality keeps each session interesting, and as a result of his teaching style I feel much more knowledgeable when it comes to book-keeping and the information included on things like financial statements.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This course will require a lot of studying outside of class. It is imperative that you read each chapter from the textbook as assigned by the professor. Practice what you are taught in class until you feel completely confident that you understand it. Test yourself as much as you can, as this will help you when faced with actual tests in class.
