    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend Cultural Anthropology 101. It's fun and you are able to learn about the cultures of different societies that you would have never thought you known about.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be when Professor Choi would show the class films and videos relating to the topic we were learning about. From Margaret Mead in Samoa to videos about African tribal groups, the videos would just tie the lesson in and would essentially teach you something new.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The class is pretty easy. But it is only easy if you take notes and actually pay attention in class. Whatever the professor gives on the power point is exactly what will be given in the test. So pay close attention and take notes in class!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only does it fulfill a requirement but it is an interesting class. You learn about culture in depth and how it shapes our world. Going to a diverse college it can help you with your interactions with people.

    Course highlights:

There were many highlights in this course. A lot of people are different but just because they do things differently doesn't mean it is not moral or correct. One has to try and understand rather than just tolerate another person's culture. That is called cultural relativism and is the most important thing that I got out of this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you need to study and listen well. There is a bit of information but it is not too difficult.

Basically, go to class and review the power point because everything is there.
