Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course (Principles of Management) is a great way to learn about management and to start your foundation on working in the management fields. You learn quite a bit and the professor touches on many topics throughout the semester. Case studies give you insight on how different practices work, and the problem solving strategy taught to you in the class is quite useful for any career you go into.
I learned the difference between leaders and managers, what managers actually do, and how to solve problems in a careful and effective way.

Advice for students:
Although the readings can be heavy, I would recommend doing all of the readings assigned. It gives you a thorough understanding of what the professor will cover in the class and helps you do well in the course. Keep your books and take good notes on what you read!
