    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. This professor is straight to the point. Her lectures are hard core! Her voice is awakening, (at 8AM) and she explains things in a way a regular person-who knows nothing about Microbiology can understand. She keeps things interesting, and tells you up-front what is going to be important, and what is not.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course, for me, were bacteria, cells, diseases, DNA. I learned to think like a microbiologist! I have learned so much, so fast.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The lectures are crucial! You need understanding of the topics, not memorization.
