Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great teacher. Knows so much on the subject and doesn't just follow the textbook word for word. She has many stories to go along with what you are learning to better understand.

    Course highlights:

The hardest but most rewarding part in the class is the ones. Take them seriously. They make up a huge part of your grade and will definitely help later in life.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take the class lightly. You need to study a lot but it is a very necessary and rewarding class

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a very hard class and you need a lot of study time in order to pass. I had to drop this class.

    Course highlights:

We learned the entire anatomy of the body and its functions in great detail.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course, I wouldn't take very many other courses. Maybe 2 other classes and the BIO. It is a lot of work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Rakestraw loves what he teaches and that make a world of difference in the way that he teaches it. He teaches hard concepts in a understandable and fun way.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlights for me were mastering bones, joints, and muscles. A lot of it was simply (or complexly!) memorizing the names of the various bones, joints and muscles we have. The muscles section was especially interesting in learning how a muscle contracts and all of the process that goes on inside of our body to make only one little twitch! Pretty incredible.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it seriously, don't miss class, and do the homework. If you do that you'll be set for success.
