    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Many people are afraid to take speech classes because of the speeches, including me. However, this class has a lot more going on than just speeches.

    Course highlights:

The professor is really funny and just a really interesting guy. It makes the class a lot more bearable. We did a short introduction speech, which was very easy. Now we are just learning about communication, including verbal and non-verbal. We have about 3 speeches that we will be doing this semester and also a group project.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the assignments he gives you because it is an easy grade. Also, try to pay attention in class because there are little quizzes once a week. Nothing too difficult. Do not get yourself too worked up about the speeches. With the group project, get started early with your ideas and course of action you will take and make sure everyone is on board, if not you can fire them. This isn't high school, you do not have to deal with people slacking in group projects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to listen and be prepared when you come to class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the professor is fantastic, and it really gave me confidence to assert myself and seem confident in any situation.

    Course highlights:

The class was fairly easy, and we only had about 3 big assignments. You had at least a week to write each speech, but I learned that procrastination will make for a sloppy presentation in class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always show up to class. Show up, and keep up. If ou do that there's no way anyone wouldn't get an A.
