Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor makes or breaks the class. It's a necessary but dreaded class, so it's wonderful when a good teacher can eliminate some of the sting. My teacher was very laid back. If you showed up and put a little effort into your presentation, you'd be fine.

    Course highlights:

How to deal with the normal hiccups and anxiety that come with public speaking, how to piece thoughts together fluently, how to consider your audience, how to be respectful and disagree.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up and do the work. You can't be lazy and expect to have good grades. If you have any questions or concerns, communicate with the teacher. Teachers are there to help, and if they know you're struggling, they know you're trying. My teacher graded on personal progress, rather than the "ideal" performance.
